Basic Qualifications
Are 18 years of age or older
Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 12 week internship maximum
Currently enrolled in MBA program with expected graduation conferral date between December 2026 - June 2027
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in program or project management
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies
Experience owning and leading significant projects from concept to deployment
Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Experience with AI/ML technologies
Supply chain and project management background
Demonstrated capability in multitasking and project prioritization
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability in dynamic, rapidly changing environments
3-5 years of relevant full-time industry or military experience, which occurred between the conferral date from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master's program

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55.48/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $88.94/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
