Join a nationally recognized and rapidly growing hospital system as a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) . We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in inpatient acute care leadership. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.
As the senior clinical leader of the facility, you will work closely with the CEO and Human Resources leadership to drive operational excellence, enhance patient outcomes, and foster a positive work culture. Youll lead a multidisciplinary clinical team, including respiratory and rehabilitation departments, while developing and implementing high-standard leadership practices.
