Our 5th-generation family-owned farm, proudly rooted in the Willamette Valley, is looking for a dedicated Farm Production Assistant to help manage and support daily operations. If you're a hands-on, reliable, and motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced agricultural environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Farm Production Assistant, you’ll play a vital role across all areas of the farm:

• Preparing fields for planting and seasonal work
• Fertilizer and pesticide application (as licensed)
• Maintaining and repairing farm equipment
• Assisting with harvest coordination and crew leadership
• Operating trucks and hauling as needed (CDL required)

This is a dynamic, full-time position. Regular hours are Monday–Friday , with seasonal weekend work based on weather and workload.

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking someone well-rounded, self-motivated, and skilled in a variety of farm tasks. Ideal qualifications include:

• Experience on a grass seed or row crop farm
• Pesticide Applicator License (preferred)
• CDL/Farm Endorsement for truck driving
• Strong mechanical and agronomic background
• Clear communicator, especially during busy seasons
• Able to work independently and plan ahead
