Core Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional new‑hire experience, starting with the very first phone call and continuing through their integration into the organization. Manage the entire onboarding process, including initiating correspondence, guiding new hires through required steps, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of all documentation. Coordinate logistics such as scheduling appointments, verifying credentials, arranging fingerprinting, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. Serve as a trusted resource for new employees, answering questions, providing guidance, and helping them feel connected to our culture and values. Collaborate closely with the training team to ensure smooth transitions into orientation and development programs. Maintain accurate records in our HRIS system, create digital employee files, and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards. Support recruitment efforts and provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed. Uphold compliance with federal and state laws, including I‑9 verification, HIPAA regulations, and mandatory reporting requirements. Qualifications Associate’s degree in a related field required. At least one year of experience in customer service or administrative roles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and a positive, can‑do attitude. Valid New York State driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
