Under supervision, you will perform a range of functions,\ncovering multiple pharmacy locations, units or other settings during a variety\nof shifts, including but not limited to, float shifts. Your duties include the\npreparation and dispensing of drugs in all inpatient settings; review and\nverification of medication orders and patient medical records; optimizing safe\nmedication therapy; review of patient medication profiles; counseling patients\non appropriate drug use; interacting and/or rounding with other health\nprofessionals to help provide safe and effective use of medications; provision\nof advanced clinical services (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic\ninterchange, IV/PO conversions, TPN and aminoglycoside monitoring, pharmacist\ninterventions, anticoagulation) to neonatal, pediatric and adult patients according to\ndepartmental policy and procedures, with possible focus on pharmacy specialty\n(i.e., oncology, pediatrics, geriatrics, ambulatory care); oversee dispensing,\nreturn and waste of controlled substances on assigned\nshift/unit. Initiate, innovate and complete clinical, operational and/or\nmanagement projects, in collaboration with Pharmacy Management. You will work\nin assigned centralized and decentralized Pharmacy areas and patient care\nunits.

Schedule:\n7 nights on followed by 7 nights off
Hourly\nSalary Range: $86.32 - $107.31 (Union represented, step based salary\ndepending on years of experience)
