Qualifications you'll bring: - A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent experience in a technology role)
- The availability to work full-time, hybrid
- 3-5 years proven experience as a product owner. Strong background in product management, with a track record of successfully managing product portfolios and driving product excellence. 3-5 years supervisory experience required.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.
- Strategic mindset: have a strategic mindset and can think critically to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation.
Your key responsibilities: - Lead and manage the product portfolio: You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- You will develop and execute strategies to optimize the portfolio, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive excellence in product ownership: You will establish and implement best practices for product ownership, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with market trends.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products on time.
- Establish and nurture partnerships: You will identify and establish strategic partnerships with external organizations to enhance our product offerings and expand our market reach.
- You will negotiate and manage partnership agreements, collaborate with partners to develop joint solutions, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
