Cinnamon Tree Apartments is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team in Albuquerque. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our community, providing exceptional service to prospective residents and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and offer tours of the property, showcasing the features and benefits of leasing at Cinnamon Tree Apartments.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of apartment floor plans, amenities, pricing, and lease specials to assist clients effectively.
• Handle all leasing inquiries, follow up with prospects, and convert leads to leases through personalized communication strategies.
• Process leasing applications and efficiently manage the lease signing process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current tenants.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure units are move-in ready and address maintenance requests as needed.
• Keep accurate records of leasing activity, traffic, and renewals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using property management software and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
• A professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and work ethic.
