This position is for a LNHA that is tired of waiting for their corporate office to approve purchases, initiatives, and personnel decisions. This position is for a LNHA that wants to take the facility and their team in the direction that the local market needs. This position is for a determined leader who wants to build a positive work environment for the people who work at the facility, different from what the average SNF environment is like. This position is for a LNHA that understands that a sense of urgency goes a long way in this industry and makes a big difference for the residents and their families.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Savannah, Georgia for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The Administrator will oversee the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with state regulations and implementing policies for efficient functioning.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Nursing Home Administration and Long-term Care management
• Strong knowledge of Budgeting and financial operations
• Experience in Elder Care and addressing the needs of senior populations
• Ability to develop and implement effective Training programs for staff
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
• Active Nursing Home Administrator license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
