Job Details Job Details: Are you a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a knack for logistics and a passion for leading teams? We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a permanent role within our thriving sales organization. As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, including distribution, inventory management, safety protocols, and performance evaluation. This role is not for the faint-hearted, as it requires managing night shifts and overseeing overnight inbound processes. If you have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of improving efficiency, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
2. Develop and implement warehouse safety protocols, ensuring all staff adhere to these standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
3. Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate record-keeping, stock taking, and system updates.
4. Lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
5. Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives.
6. Manage night shift and oversee overnight operations, ensuring all activities are carried out effectively and within the set timelines.
7. Continually review and improve warehouse processes and systems to increase productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
8. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the sales industry.
3. Proven experience in managing distribution processes and inventory control.
4. Solid knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulations.
5. Experience in managing night shifts and overseeing overnight inbound processes.
6. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to handle physical requirements of the job, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
