Our plant located in Puebla is looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven IT Engineer to join our team! What you'll do The Plant Controller is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity, internal control, and strategic financial support of plant operations. This position oversees the complete Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, manages inventory valuation, coordinates planning and forecasting, ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations, and collaborates closely with plant leadership to drive sound decision‑making and operational efficiency. Manages and analyzes the plant’s monthly P&L, covering sales, costs, margins, expenses, and variances against budget or forecast. Acts as both guardian and enabler of financial performance. Maintains strong internal controls and compliance. Cost and margin control. Inventory valuation. Annual budget. Ensures adherence to corporate accounting policies and local regulations. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial control, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry or similar. Solid knowledge of SAP (CO, FI, MM). Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced English (written and spoken).
