We're seeking a professional sales agent to guide clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting leads to showing homes, negotiating, and closing the final sale, you'll be the client's dedicated point of contact, ensuring they have an unparalleled experience .

Whether you're a veteran agent, a new agent, or serious about becoming one, we want to hear from you. We have an abundance of qualified leads, and we need your help to serve them!

As a Real Estate Sales Agent with the Mitten Home Team, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market.
• Contacting and following up with leads to assess their wants and needs in a home.
• Scheduling and showing homes, writing and negotiating offers, coordinating home inspections, and more.
• Consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process.

Required

We're seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, determined, teachable, and hungry to learn . While prior real estate sales experience is not required, successful applicants will have:

• A reliable, clean, and safe automobile for transportation.
• A valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car.
• At minimum, a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 yearly
