Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services for students in grades K-12. This contract position for the current school year offers an opportunity to support student success through assessment, consultation, and intervention within an educational setting.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Conducting psychological evaluations and assessments for students to identify learning needs and behavioral concerns
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Providing counseling and crisis support services as needed
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to guide decision-making and promote student well-being
• Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
