Position: Server/Bartender

Status: Non-Exempt Hourly

Supervisor: Dining Room Manager / Shift Manager

Job Classification: Food Service

Age Requirement : 16 Years old

Summary:

Our Servers spend the most face-time with our guests and are key to delivering the experience our guests expect. We are looking for individuals who will deliver this "Guest-First" service by providing a genuine, pleasant, and meaningful interaction, while experiencing their own personal growth in an ideal working environment. Job Description:

• Scan of floor to ensure guest satisfaction

• Have knowledge of all drinks and menu items.

• Serves food and beverages to Guests.

• Seats Guests.

• Interacts with guest in a courteous, professional manner.

• Proper and responsible serving of alcoholic beverages.

• Checking ID's

• Cleans and stocks server station.

• Pre-bussing, Cleaning and resetting tables.

• Assist in any area as needed.

• Working as a team member with all dining room staff and personnel.

• Complies and maintains Marzoni's safety and sanitation standards at all times.

• Performing any task assigned by supervisor.

• Knowing the POS system.

• Wrapping silverware.

Server wages are $2.83/hr + tips.
