This role will primarily focus on high-end photo retouching for e-commerce, campaigns, and social media, while also supporting video editing and post-production for brand storytelling. You'll collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, and the Global Marketing team to ensure all visual assets align with our brand's aesthetic.

Essential Duties

Photo Retouching

  • Retouch, color-correct, and tone-match high volumes of fashion and product photography for e-commerce, lookbooks, and campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent lighting, color balance, skin tones, and texture across imagery.
  • Prepare final deliverables for web, print, and social media use.
  • Organize and manage digital assets with clear file naming and version control.
  • Collaborate with photographers and art directors to ensure final imagery reflects brand guidelines.
  • Apply non-destructive editing techniques and follow internal workflow standards.

Video Editing

  • Edit short-form videos for social media, paid ads, and digital campaigns.
  • Cut and assemble footage, sync audio, and export in appropriate formats.
  • Occasionally add graphics, text overlays, and transitions consistent with brand tone.
  • Support video shoots with asset management and light post-production.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the Creative Director, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to meet deadlines for seasonal launches and campaigns.
  • Uphold brand visual identity and ensure quality across all creative outputs.
  • Stay up-to-date with visual trends in fashion, photography, and social media.

Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, & Education

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced layer masking, color correction, frequency separation, liquify, batch actions).
  • Proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Understanding of color management and output for both print and digital.
  • Familiarity with retouching RAW files, tethered capture workflows, and asset delivery pipelines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially with texture, color, and skin tone.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong visual judgment and an eye for fashion aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with creative teams.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 2-5 years of professional photo retouching experience in a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand environment preferred.
  • Experience with both e-commerce and editorial/campaign retouching preferred.
  • Video editing experience within social or brand storytelling contexts preferred.
  • Interest in current fashion, art, and design culture preferred.

  • Ability to work with many different personalities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Correctable vision and hearing.
