What Does a Casual Package Delivery Driver Do at UPS?
As a driver for UPS, you'll be an integral part of our logistics operations, handling and delivering packages to customers with a smile. If you love being active, working outdoors, and driving, this role is perfect for you!
What You Need to Excel:
As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you will typically work between eight to ten hours a day. Your work schedule will fluctuate based on business needs, possibly including Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday options.

Seasonal roles can lead to permanent positions that offer even more benefits, including an average annual compensation package of $145,000 for full-time delivery drivers. This package includes no healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, PTO for holidays, sick leave, and additional days. UPS also contributes to a defined-benefit pension plan for every employee.
